They did a good job on roof replacement, could make improvements on finding nails when job completed, I am still finding nails often, and Garcia should provide port a potties for each job.

The guys from Garcia were super through and nice when inspecting my roof. I would like to shout out Collin Martel and Brendan Soulier for doing everything they could to locate the leak, explain the repair work, and document everything found to present to the builder. In the end we went with Garcia for the repair work and the crew did great. I am glad we went with them because our builder refused to do anything about it and it needed to be fixed. They even threw in a couple extra repairs to help us out since the builder is being difficult.

We live in a different state and they were able to communicate with us and our realtor about everything that was going on. My ex and I also were splitting the cost of the roof and they were able to finance half the roof to accommodate me and send him a separate invoice to pay his half. I just wanted to share my review of Garcia Roof company.. it’s not work related but I thought I would let everyone know my experience.. I recently was coming home from work and I ran over a bunch of nails in my neighborhood and my front two tires had to be replaced. There was a bucket of nails that spilled into the street and I noticed Garcia roof company’s truck down the street from my house. I confronted “Pablo” with my concerns and he admitted that it must have been a mistake and he was so apologetic about it. I wasn’t confident at first that I was going to be reimbursed but long story short.. I was able to get in touch with Roberto, a manager of Garcia Roof and he let me know that Garcia Roof would take care of my tires and just to send them the receipt. I got my tires changed, sent the proper documents and what do ya know.. they sent me the check for reimbursement. I am so thankful for them sticking true to their word and making right of a mistake. I just wanted to let everyone know about my honest experience with them. Thank you Garcia! You all definitely get my recommendation.

We needed to replace our roof and we are so glad that we called Garcia Roofing. They came in, examined our roof and gave us quotes all in the same day. Garcia’s has a very streamlined process. I filled out the form for them and several others. Garcia’s had the first email response that they received it and someone would contact shortly. I was then contacted by phone, then again by email same day with their license, accolades and insurance as well as a picture of Arthur Mitchell who would meet with me at home to go over the project 1 week later. Arthur was very much prepared once he arrived. He had samples of the materials to be used and clarified certain aspects of Fortified that made me glad I was doing Fortified out of pocket. He also had the quote to me before leaving. Once I had quotes from all other companies, I then put them all on the same footing and had adjustments made. Not only did Arthur make adjustments, he provided an additional 2 quotes to compare and contrast, same day. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Arthur was extremely quick with an answer or response by text, phone and email. Garcia’s contract was what I thought all roofing companies did (it is not), and is precisely what I look for when dealing with a business. Roberto Alvarenga was my office project manager. Roberto was very easy to work with. I texted him and had a response in a timely manner. He explained the process as the project moved along, and made sure everything was happening as intended. Pablo Sieres was the field project manager. Pablo was honest with me when it came time to install the roof. Thanks to him, Roberto and the field crew, despite the weather delaying the install to Saturday the roof was installed properly in one day. He was very professional at all times both with me and all of the workers. When it came time for the evaluator’s final inspection there was no additional steps that needed to be taken thanks to his knowledge of the Fortified standard. In summation, Arthur, Roberto and Pablo are the standard to live up to. All three were honest, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Also thank you to the others involved who I didn’t ask for permission to use names, including Roberto’s stand-in for the change order on a Saturday, some of Garcia’s office personnel for documentation and the field crew who performed the labor. I also want to thank the third party hired by Garcia’s to repair the fascia. They did fantastic work, going above and beyond when I found out there was nothing behind a section of fascia metal cover by making a custom cover with some of the fascia board and other lumber brought with them. They then hand painted all fascia boards and were finished just before the weather turned.

From the start to finish, Garcia Roofing are professional and takes care of their customers. Arthur explained in detail what his crews will be doing to complete the roofing job as well as Roberto updating me before, during and after the job was done. I had several neighbors comment on how hard working Garcia Roofing crews were and how well they cleaned up. Garcia Roofing is the BEST!! They did a very professional job from the quote to the finish. They were prompt on scheduling. I was really impressed with the final inspection. They came out when it was raining and inspected the attic for leaks! Our Church roof was a steep 9 in 12 pitch: no problem for them. They went the extra mile in every way. The cleanup was great and ongoing during the job. I never found a single nail. The Steeple installation was done great. Angel inspected the inside framing of the Steeple during the rain, then went up on top of the roof to check the top side. Is there a place for 6 stars??

The whole process was very smooth. Darrell was the salesman that worked with me in the beginning to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. When Frank set up everything for the job, he told me the team would arrive at 6:30, they were actually early and STARTING the roof at 6:30. These guys had the old roof stripped off, new decking installed, and the last shingle put on around 3:00 the same day.
