Project Spotlight: University Club Tile Roof
We had the opportunity to build a new roof for a beautiful home on Audubon Lakes Dr. in the University Club community south of LSU’s campus. This community features over 300 acres of pristine land backing up to natural protected wetlands. A beautiful area like this called for a special roof. We wanted to make sure that the materials and colors chosen accented the features of the home as well as its surroundings.
We merged our expert knowledge with the preferences of the client and chose Boral Concrete Villa Tile in “Pinto Blend” color. We felt that this color combination, along with the quality, beauty, and durability of these concrete tiles, would be the perfect choice for this home.
Along with the tile roof, Garcia Roofing manufactured and installed copper drip edges, copper valleys, and copper downspout systems. The copper color naturally highlighted the colors in the tile roof, and copper is not susceptible to the elements, it makes a great choice for roofing material.
