Project Spotlight: Shenandoah Bend Apartments

In May of 2016, Garcia Roofing had the opportunity to complete 25 Apartments & other structures at Shenandoah Bend Apartments.

Garcia Roofing provided the CertainTeed: SureStart Plus- 5-star coverage with a 25-year workmanship warranty and a
30 Year Non-Prorated Warranty that includes, material, labor, tear-off, and disposal.

We removed the existing shingles and fell back to the wood decking along with replacing any deteriorated wood decking. We installed CertainTeed Diamond Deck underlayment, WinterGuard in valleys and roof penetrations, Swift Start Starter shingle, Landmark shingles, Pre-cut hip and ridge accessory, and ridge material made from CertainTeed shingles to meet the requirements of the warranty. We also replaced all the flashing and reflashed all chimneys along with replacing the siding.
