• Grace Select Hi Temperature ice and water shield over entire plywood decking
• Stainless steel nails with corrugated shank were used to fasten slate
• Copper drip edge, copper open W valley, copper covers on all roof penetrations
• Vermont Semi-Weathering Green new slate
• Step copper wall flashing on all walls, chimney stack, and brick walls
• Flagstone Slate pieces were installed on Chimney tops
• Half-round copper gutters and downspouts will be installed
• 3 ply SBS roofing system was installed on the giant 1800’s era flat front porch area
• Concrete hip and ridge tiles will be used on all the hip and ridges
